2. What we do
TJ NOVA LTD designs, builds and operates software: websites, applications, tooling and the hosted services described on this site. Where a Service is paid for, payment is taken and processed by licensed third-party payment providers under their own terms.
TJ NOVA LTD is not a bank, e-money institution, payment institution or money transmitter. We do not hold, pool, clear, escrow or settle funds on behalf of any customer, and we do not provide payment services within the meaning of the Payment Services Regulations 2017. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
3. VAT and tax
Where TJ NOVA LTD is registered for VAT, the VAT registration number is shown on the invoice or receipt issued for the transaction. Where no VAT number is shown, the supply is made by a business that is not VAT registered and no VAT is charged. Tax treatment of a purchase depends on your country and status; the invoice is the authoritative record.
4. Giving us notice
Formal or legal notice must be given in writing to info@tjnovaltd.com or by post to the registered office above, and must identify the Service, the account or order concerned, and the matter in dispute. Notice given through in-product chat, social media or any third-party channel is not valid notice.

5. Governing law
Unless a specific agreement between us says otherwise, the Services and the policies on this site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing on this page limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence that cannot be limited by agreement.
